Sponda sells property for EUR 22 million

Sponda sells property for EUR 22 million

Real estate investment company Sponda Plc has sold two logistics properties in
Vantaa and a retail property in Joensuu for a combined total of some EUR 22
million. 

The two logistics properties in Vantaa were sold today to a property investment
company owned by Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited and Kaleva Mutual
Insurance Company for EUR 20.1 million. 

The logistics properties sold are located in Tammisto and Veromiehenkylä in
Vantaa. The property located at Äyrikuja 3 has a floor area of about 9,000
square metres and the property at Sähkötie 1 has some 11,500 square metres.
Both properties are fully leased. 

Sponda sold the retail property in Joensuu with a floor area of 3,500 square
metres on 7 April 2009 to Sislin Oy for some EUR 1.9 million. The property is
located in the Käpykangas business park, at Kuurnankatu 2. The property is
fully leased. 

The sale of the properties has no impact on Sponda's result.
