Ukio Bankas AB - Notification on material event

AB Ukio bankas issued bond emission

On 24 September 2008 AB Ukio bankas finished the issue of third bond emission
under LTL 200 000 000 medium term bonds offering program. During distribution
period from 25 August 2008 till 24 September 2008 13 640 bonds with nominal
value of EUR 100 and fixed 7 per cent annual interest rate were issued.
Redemption of bonds on 27 September 2010.
