LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the information published by the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy.

Pursuant to the decision of the National Control Commission for Prices and
Energy (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) adopted on 7 November 2013
to publish on the website www.regula.lt the information on the prices of
electricity transportation services and public electricity and their
administration procedures for 2014 presented for the evaluation of the
Commission, AB LESTO (hereinafter referred to as LESTO) hereby announces the
following information. 

The prices of electricity transportation services and public electricity
submitted to the evaluation of the Commission have been calculated in
accordance with the changes of constituent parts of prices already approved by
the Commission for the year 2014. 

Article 4 of the Decision “Regarding the  Establishment of Funds and Prices of
Public Interest Obligations for the year 2014” No O3-442 adopted by the
Commission and dated 11 October 2013, stipulates that the budget of public
interest obligations (hereinafter referred to as PSO) and the funds for the
provision of PSO for the year 2014 may be changed upon the decision of the
Commission in case the Government of the Republic of Lithuania adopts
respective decisions following the procedures established by laws. Upon the
decision of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania to define the providers
of PSO, the amount of PSO for the year 2014 as well as quotas for the supported
electricity generating persons and upon the consequent recalculation of PSO
funds and amounts by the Commission, the prices of electricity transportation
services and public electricity for the year 2014 would be equally subject to
change. 

The final prices of electricity transportation services and public electricity
to be valid in 2014 shall become clear upon Commission's decision to publish
them in accordance with the procedure established by laws. 

Information regarding the prices of electricity transportation services and
public electricity shall be announced by LESTO in accordance with the procedure
established by laws.
