PROSPECTUS OF VAAHTO GROUP PLC OYJ PUBLISHED

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today, 3 December 2010,
approved a Prospectus of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj concerning the combination of the
share classes and the thereto related directed free share issue as proposed by
the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 14 December
2010. 

The Prospectus is available as from 7 December 2010, at the latest, in
electronic form on Vaahto Group Plc Oyj's website at www.vaahtogroup.fi and in
printed form at the company's head office at Laiturikatu 2, 15140 Lahti,
Finland. The prospectus is only available in Finnish.
