Change in Raisio Group management

Raisio plc, Stock Exchange Release 20 November 2014 at 9.00 a.m. Finnish time

Raisio Group's CFO and a member of the Group management team Jyrki Paappa has
today resigned from the company. Paappa will continue as CFO until a successor
is appointed and begins in the position.

Raisio Group briefly

Raisio plc is an international specialist in plant-based nutrition. Raisio's
operations are divided into two divisions: Brands and Raisioagro. The Group's
key market areas are Finland, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Russia,
