Notification on JSC Grigiskes manager's related party transactions

JSC Grigiskes has received notification from Ginvildos investicija, UAB related
to the Chairman of Supervisory Council Norimantas Stankevičius, Chairman of the
Board and General director Gintautas Pangonis and Member of the Board
Norimantas Paliokas on the transactions in issuer's securities (see
attachment).
