On 27 July 2011 the Annual General Meeting of Klaipėdos nafta, SC Shareholders
approved Financial Statements of Klaipėdos nafta, SC, prepared in accordance
with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European
Union, independent auditor's report and annual statement for the financial year
ending on 31 December 2010.
