Juha Toimela becomes Vice President responsible for SRV’s Business Operations in Finland

Juha Toimela becomes Vice President responsible for SRV's Business Operations
in Finland 

Juha Toimela, M.Sc. (Tech.), MBA, 51, has been appointed Vice President
responsible for SRV's Business Operations in Finland and also CEO of SRV
Construction Ltd as of 13 January 2015. He has been in SRV's service since
2009, first as Director, Business Operations in the Baltic States and since
2011 as Director, Project Development. In his new position, Toimela is a member
of SRV Group's Corporate Executive Team.

addition, he is very familiar with SRV and its projects. Through Toimela's
appointment, I believe that we will gain additional synergy benefits in
business processes, from project development to production. Toimela's
experience and qualities will support SRV's customer-oriented approach in all

At the same time, Antero Nuutinen, B.Sc. (Eng.), has been appointed Deputy CEO
of SRV Construction Ltd, responsible for Housing and Regional Offices.
Nuutinen's area of responsibility will therefore also be extended to cover
Housing Construction. He will therefore be responsible for the entire housing
construction chain, from planning to implementation and sales, and for the
activities of regional offices. Nuutinen is also a member of SRV Group's
Corporate Executive Team.
