Kauno Energija AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the shares sale tender of the Subsidiary

 Following a decision of the Management Board of AB Kauno Energija, performing
functions of the sole shareholder of UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos (company
code300580563), an administration of AB Kauno Energija pursued the selling
procedures of 100 of ordinary shares of UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos (the
nominal value of the share is LTL 100). 

  The announced tender of the sale of block of 100 ordinary shares of UAB
Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos was not held.
