Imoniu grupe ALITA, AB - Notification on material event

Concerning the information appeared in media

On 27 th of September news agency Elta announced that the Company Group ALITA
AB intends to close one of the group company AB Anykščių vynas. 
Company Group ALITA AB notes that company's management and shareholders did not
confirm any decisions related to Anykščių vynas closure, however, states that
if the current polity excise policy will not be changed, the company may be
constrained to consider the decision to close the wastefully operating Anyksciu
vynas in accordance to one of methods provided in the Republic of Lithuania
laws. Company Group ALITA AB will publish the information about the following
decisions in accordance with disclosure requirements.
