Outokumpu Oyj (business identity code: 0215254-2) has on July 5, 2016 received
a notification based on Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market
Act. Invesco Limited’s total holding in the shares and voting rights of
Outokumpu Oyj fell below 5% threshold and was less than 5% (20,689,119 shares
and votes) on July 1, 2016. Invesco Limited’s earlier total holding in
Outokumpu was 5.01%. 

Invesco Limited’s indirect holding through controlled undertakings was on July
1, 2016 below minimum threshold shares and voting rights of Outokumpu Oyj
(20,689,119 shares and votes). The names of the shareholders under controlled
undertakings are: Invesco Asset Management Limited and Invesco Powershares
Capital Management LLC.
