INCAP CORPORATION'S FINANCIAL REPORTING YEAR 2010

Incap Group's Financial Statements for the year 2009 will be published on
Wednesday, 24 February 2010. The Annual Report for 2009 will be released during
the week commencing on 22 March 2010 in the company's website only.

Interim reports for the year2010 will be published as follows:

January-March report on Wednesday 5 May 2010
January-June report on Wednesday 4 August 2010
January-September report on Wednesday3 November 2010.

The Annual General Meetingis planned to be held on Tuesday, 13 April 2010 in
Helsinki.

All the financial information will be published in Finnish and in English.
Releases can also be read online via Incap Corporation's website www.incap.fi.

Incapwill follow a silent period of two weeks and will not comment on the
company's results or be in contact with capital market representatives during a
period of two weeks prior to the publication of financial statements or interim
reports.
