THE OUTCOME OF TECHNOPOLIS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES RESTRUCTURING
Technopolis Ventures has concluded the restructuring of its non-profit programs.

The negotiations executed according to the Finnish Co-Operation Act, which were
announced in Stock Exchange Releases of 5.10.2009 and 6.11.2009, and the
related reorganization of activities, have now been concluded in all
Technopolis Ventures companies except Jyväskylä. The original estimated effect
on the personnel was 25-30 employees. 

Technopolis Ventures has transferred all of its non-profit programs to local
partners in Espoo, Kuopio, Lappeenranta and Oulu as of January 1, 2010.  The
number of employees transferred to local partners through this process was 16.
An additional 7 employees have either resigned, been dismissed or are on leave. 

The negotiations concerning the transfer of Technopolis Ventures' incubation
operations in Jyväskylä are still in process, and are expected to be finalized
around January 31, 2010. This affects 2 employees. 

Technopolis Ventures Group has 21 employees after reorganization of activities.
