Change in Cargotec's Executive Board


CARGOTEC CORPORATION, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 24 AUGUST 2012 AT 2 P.M. (EEST)

Cargotec's Executive Board member, Executive Vice President Unto Ahtola will
resign from Cargotec on 24 August 2012."Unto Ahtola has developed the Terminals business to fit the changing
environment of our customers and I would like to thank Unto for his
contribution," says President and CEO Mikael Mäkinen.

From 1 September 2012 Cargotec's Executive Board consists of the following
members : Mikael Mäkinen, President and CEO; Pekka Vauramo, Executive Vice
President Marine business area and Deputy to CEO; Eeva Sipilä, Executive Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer; Olli Isotalo, Executive Vice President,
Terminals business area; Axel Leijonhufvud, Executive Vice President, Load
Handling; Stefan Gleuel, Executive Vice President, Services business area;
Lennart Brelin, Executive Vice President, Americas region; Ken Loh, Executive
Vice President, Asia-Pacific region;  Harald de Graaf, Executive Vice President,
EMEA region; Kirsi Nuotto, Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Matti
Sommarberg, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer.
