Regarding Agreement on rendering audit services

The shareholders of AB „Žemaitijos pienas“have accepted the decision of the
Board of the company for contracting out the agreement for rendering audit
services with UAB “Nepriklausomas auditas”, which shall perform the audit of
the set of consolidated financial reports of the company, of 2012.
