PLC UUTECHNIC GROUP OYJ’S RIGHTS ISSUE SUBSCRIBED IN FULL

All shares in Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj’s rights issue have been subscribed for.
In the rights issue, Uutechnic Group gained approximately EUR 2.4 million in
net assets. After the issue, the company’s total number of shares increases to
25,963,210 shares. The Board of Directors of the Uutechnic Group has approved
all of the subscriptions of the rights issue. 

A total of 9,985,850 new Uutechnic Group shares were subscribed for in the
rights issue, and the issue was subscribed for in full. Approximately 89% of
shares were subscribed for on the basis of rights of subscription, while 11% of
shares were subscribed for on the basis of underwritings. Mikko Laakkonen
subscribed all shares on the basis of underwritings. 

Mikko Laakkonen, HML Finance Oy and Hannu Laakkonen have pledged to not
transfer the shares they have subscribed for in the rights issue, or any
Uutechnic Group shares they have previously acquired, before December 31, 2016. 

The shares in the rights issue provide their holder with the right of dividend,
as well as other shareholder rights, once the shares have been registered in
the Finnish Trade Register; the estimated time is 28 December 2015. 

Trading in the temporary shares (UUTECN0215) corresponding to the shares
subscribed for in the rights issue commenced on the Nasdaq Helsinki Oy stock
exchange listing on 21 December 2015. The temporary shares will be combined
with the actual Uutechnic Group shares (UUTEC) after the shared subscribed for
in the pre-emptive right issue have been registered in the Finnish Trade
Register; the estimated time is 28 December 2015. Trading in the actual rights
issue shares is expected to commence on the Nasdaq Helsinki Oy stock exchange
listing is 28 December 2015.
