CORRECTION TO THE LISTING PROSPECTUS

CORRECTION TO THE LISTING PROSPECTUS

Announcement on correction of typing error to the listing prospectus of Orava
Residential REIT plc approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority on
21 December 2015 (FIVA 105/02.05.04/2015). 

In the listing prospectus exists a typing error. In the listing prospectus it
has been reported that the net asset value per share was on 30 September 2015
EUR 1.88. The correct net asset value per share on 30 September 2015 was EUR
11.88.
