Kauno Energija AB - Notification on material event

On heat, supplied by JSC „Kauno energija“, price application from the 1st February, 2010

The Management board of JSC „Kauno energija“ the decision No 2010-2-1 on
January, 2010 determined heat prices without value added tax: 

1. monomial heat price for the used heat amount, when heat is supplied from
individual heat points belonging to residents (heat consumers) -20,92 ct/kWh; 
2. monomial heat price for the used heat amount, when heat is supplied from the
group or individual heat points belonging to supplier - 22,09 ct/kWh. 

Hot water is prepared by the consumer within the individual heat stations,
Kaunas urban consumers-14.29 LT / m³, excluding value added tax.
