According to the announcement, Norges Bank's holding in UPM has decreased from 31,890,291 to 21,852,002 shares, corresponding to 4.09 per cent of UPM's shares and voting rights. UPM's registered total number of shares and voting rights amounting to 533,735,699 has been used in the calculation of percentages for the announcement.
