Rapala VMC Corporation has received a notification from Nordea Funds Ltd
(Company ID 1737785-9) in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish
Securities Market Act on the change in its holdings. According to the
notification the following changes in holdings have taken place on September
13, 2017:

Nordea Funds Ltd's holding in shares and voting rights of Rapala VMC Corporation
(ISIN code: FI0009007355) has decreased under 10 per cent. Following the sale of
50,000 Rapala VMC Corporation shares Nordea Funds Ltd owns 3,872,395 shares or
9.93% of all shares and voting rights. Rapala VMC Corporation has a total of
39,000,000 shares and votes.
