Ukio Bankas AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the appointment of new Chief Executive Officer and election of Chairman of the Board of AB Ukio bankas

AB Ukio bankas, with register code 112020136, address: 25 Maironio str.,
LT-44250 Kaunas. 

Hereby we announce that during the sitting of the Supervisory Board of AB Ukio
bankas held on 26 October 2012 the decision to revoke Gintaras Ugianskis,
according to his own application, from offices of Chairman of the Board was
adopted. On the same day the Board of AB Ukio bankas adopted the resolution to
revoke Gintaras Ugianskis from offices of Chief Executive Officer. The Board of
AB Ukio bankas starting from 29 October 2012 elected Arnas Zalys as Chairman of
the Board and appointed him as Chief Executive Officer of AB Ukio bankas. Board
of the Bank currently consists of: Arnas Zalys, Rolandas Balandis, Mindaugas
Valancius, Marius Arlauskas. Board office term expires in 2014.
