Changes in CapMan Plc's management group

CFO and member of CapMan Plc's management group Kaisa Arovaara, M.Sc.
(Econ.), APA, will resign from CapMan as of 31 January 2010.

Kaisa Arovaara joined CapMan in 2006 as Deputy CFO and she was
nominated as CFO and a member of CapMan Plc's management group in
2007.

Kaisa Arovaara will carry on her duties until 31 January 2010. Senior
Partner Olli Liitola, M.Sc. (Eng.),  will thereafter assume
responsibilities as acting CFO until a new CFO is appointed. Liitola
served as CapMan Plc's CFO before Ms. Arovaara for several years.
CapMan has launched the executive search for a new CFO.
