Taaleri and Etera close Finsilva deal

Taaleri Investments Ltd, part of Taaleri Group, and Etera Mutual Pension
Insurance Company have today closed a deal in accordance with an offer made on
15 March 2016 pertaining to all of the forest fund Metsärahasto II Ky’s company
holdings. 

The transaction price for all of Metsärahasto II Ky’s company holdings was EUR
48 million and it will have a significant positive impact on Taaleri Group's
result for 2016. Taaleri leaves its earnings guidance unchanged.
