M-real Corporation Stock Exchange Release 15.1.2008

According to the information received today by M-real Corporation,
the shareholding of Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway, Norwegian
organisation number 937 884 117) has on 9 January, 2008 increased to
5.3 percent of the share capital and to 1.7 percent of the voting
rights of M-real Corporation. In total, Norges Bank owns 17,431,344
M-real Corporation's B-shares.

The total number of M-real shares is 328.165.612.
