The decision of the Board of AB “Kauno energija”

Kaunas, Lithuania, 2011-11-24 15:20 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 23 November,
2011 the Board of AB “Kauno energija” has made a decision to approve the
sponsorship for the sum of LTL 7.0 million regarding the assurance of
fulfilment of contractual obligations of Lithuanian basketball federation to
UAB “Kauno grūdai” according to the loan agreement committed to pay a fee of
the World Olympic Qualifying tournament. The triangular sponsorship agreement
will be signed if the acceptances / permissions for the sponsorship from the
financial creditors will be received.
