Agrowill signed agreement to acquire Estonian company "Polva Agro"

On 3 June 2008, Agrowill Group signed an agreement to acquire one of the
largest and the most efficient Estonian milk producing company "Polva Agro".
Planned closing of the acquisition is scheduled for 30 June 2008.
