Changes in Outokumpu's Leadership Team

Marc-Simon Schaar (M.Sc. International Business) has been appointed as Chief
Procurement Officer and member of Outokumpu Leadership Team with immediate
effect.

Marc-Simon Schaar has been working at Outokumpu since 2011 in senior roles in
finance, M&A and raw materials procurement, most recently as SVP, Raw Materials
Procurement.

Marc-Simon Schaar is based in Germany and reports to CEO Heikki Malinen. Chief
Procurement Officer is a new role in the company.
