CHANGE IN RESTAMAX PLC'S MANAGEMENT TEAM

Topi Hietala, Line Manager and member of Restamax Plc's management team, has
departed Restamax as of today. Hietala served the Group from 2008, managing the
Group's nightclub business.

We would like to extend our thanks to Hietala for his efforts in the service of
Restamax Group, and wish him the best of success in the future.

As of 14 November 2014, the management team of Restamax will include the
