The Head of CapMan Public Market, Partner Jukka Ruuska has been
appointed as a member of CapMan Plc Management Group and as Senior
Partner as of 11 August 2008. CapMan's Investment Director, Johanna
Lindroos, and Joakim Rubin, Head of Corporate Finance and Debt
Capital Markets at Handelsbanken Capital Markets, have been appointed
partners in the CapMan Public Market team. Timo Peltola has been
invited as Industrial Advisor for CapMan Public Market's investment
operations.

On 11 July 2008 CapMan Plc established a new equity fund, CapMan
Public Market, which invests in listed Nordic companies. The
establishment of the fund marks the inception of CapMan's sixth
investment area, CapMan Public Market. CapMan has raised a total of
EUR 90 million in investment commitments to the fund, of which its
own commitment is EUR 15 million. The fund will invest in listed
Nordic companies with a market capitalisation of EUR 100 - 1,000
million. The CapMan Public Market team will use private equity-style
value creation methods in its investment operations. The fundraising
for CapMan Public Market fund continues.

Following today's appointments, CapMan's Public Market team will
comprise four investment professionals, complemented by CapMan's
Advisor Network. The recruitment of Joakim Rubin significantly
reinforces the team and its investment operations in Sweden.

Jukka Ruuska, LL.M., MBA, joined CapMan in summer 2008. His previous
posts include President of the OMX Nordic Exchanges and President of
the Stockholm Stock Exchange. From 2000 to 2003 he was the President
of the Helsinki Stock Exchange. During the period 1988-2000, he held
various positions in the telecommunications groups HTC and Finnet
Group, and at the investment bank Prospectus Oy and KOP Bank. Jukka
Ruuska has gained extensive all-round experience from listed Nordic
companies.

Johanna Lindroos, M. Sc. (Econ.), CEFA, joined CapMan in 1999, and
has since then worked in investor services, business development and
technology teams. She has been involved in several transactions and
has actively contributed to the development of portfolio companies
through board work. From 2004 to 2005 she worked as Business
Development Director at CapMan's portfolio company Sentera Plc, where
she was responsible for the company's business development and M&A
activities.

Joakim Rubin, M. Sc. (Eng.), will start work for CapMan on 1 October
2008. He joins CapMan from Handelsbanken Capital Markets, where he
has served in various positions since 1995, most recently as Head of
the Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Markets. Joakim Rubin has
extensive experience of stock markets and M&As, and has been involved
in numerous private equity transactions in Sweden.

Senior Partner Olli Liitola, M. Sc. (Eng.) is also a member of the
CapMan Public Market team. He is also Deputy CEO of CapMan Plc. Olli
Liitola joined CapMan in 1991.

Timo Peltola, B. Sc. (Econ.) Dr. of Economics (hc) is a former CEO of
Huhtamäki Plc and currently serves on a number of boards. He is
Chairman of the board of Neste Oil Plc, Vice Chairman of the Board of
Nordea AB (publ.) and a member of the boards of TeliaSonera AB and
SAS AB.
