On 29 September 2008 the Supervisory Board of Žemaitijos pienas AB extended
authorization of the Company's Board Members, namely Algirdas Pažemeckas, Dalia
Gecienė, Irena Baltrušaitienė, Romusas Jarulaitis, and Algirdas Bladžinauskas
for a new term of office.
