mandatory requirement set by the National Control Commission for Prices and
Energy (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission") on 15 of March 2012, on 30
of March 2012  AB LESTO presented to the Commission a detailed action plan for
separating operations and control from activities of the vertically-integrated
undertaking that are not related to distribution.
