Cargotec's January-June 2012 interim report to be published on Thursday, 19 July 2012

CARGOTEC CORPORATION, STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT, 5 JULY 2012 AT 10 A.M. (EEST)

Cargotec Corporation will publish its January-June 2012 interim report on
Thursday, 19 July 2012 at 12:00 pm EEST. The interim report will be available at
www.cargotec.com after publication.

A press conference for analysts and media, combined with a live international
telephone conference, will be arranged on the publishing day at 1:30 pm EEST at
Cargotec's head office, Sörnäisten rantatie 23, Helsinki. The event will be held
in English. The interim report will be presented by President and CEO Mikael
Mäkinen. The presentation material will be available at www.cargotec.com by
1:30 pm EEST.
