POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF GEOSENTRIC OYJ



It was previously announced that the Annual General Meeting of GeoSentric Oyj
would be held by the end of May 2013. However, the Annual General Meeting has
been postponed and will be held in the last week of June instead. 



The Company will publish the invitation to the Annual General Meeting
separately.
