Changes in operational structure and management team

Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release 20 October 2015, 11.00 a.m.

Nokian Tyres has decided to change its operational structure and
responsibilities in the management team to strengthen the company's product and
innovation leadership, end-to-end supply operations and sales and distribution
management which have been the core of Nokian Tyres' success.

In the new management structure the former operations of Passenger car tyres
will be disintegrated and reorganized in a following way: product management,
R&D and sales functions will report directly to CEO. Procurement, demand and
supply management together with logistics and customer service functions will be
part of new Supply Operations unit. In the financial reporting Passenger car
tyres will continue to be separately reported like Vianor and Nokian Heavy
Tyres.

- Our success will also in the future be based on the world's best products,
world class production and distribution and excellent customer orientation. The
new operational model is a right step on our path back to profitable growth,
says Ari Lehtoranta, President and CEO of Nokian Tyres.

Vianor, Nokian Heavy Tyres, Russian operations, Finance and IR, Quality and
Process Development, Marketing and Communications, ICT and Human Resources will
continue as earlier without any changes in operative mode reporting to CEO.

production, logistics and customer service. Esa Eronen has been nominated as
Vice President, Supply Operations. Mr Eronen was formerly Vice President,
