on 4 July 2011, the Board of Lietuvos energija, AB elected Mr. Arvydas Darulis
the Chairman of the Board and appointed Mr. Dalius Misiūnas as the new Managing
Director of Lietuvos energija, AB, which will start operating upon
reorganisation of the Company and AB LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ.

capital of Lietuvos energija, AB will be formed upon registration of Lietuvos
