PROCOMEX AND HELSINGIN MEKAANIKONTALO INCREASE THEIR COMBINED HOLDING
IN ALMA MEDIA ABOVE 10%

Alma Media Corporation has today received an announcement according
to which the combined holding of Procomex SA (business register
number R.C. Luxembourg B 57.877) and Helsingin Mekaanikontalo Oy
(trade register number 1076761-9) in the share capital and voting
rights of Alma Media has risen above one tenth (1/10).

Pursuant to the Securities Act, Chapter 2, Section 10 we inform that
as of November 23, 2007 the holdings of Procomex SA and Helsingin
Mekaanikontalo Oy in Alma Media Corporation are as follows (subject
to the conversion of the forward trades into Alma Media shares in due
course):
