Results of the first half-year of 2008

The unaudited results of the first half - year of 2008 of Limarko
laivininkystės kompanija AB (LLK) were prepared in accordance with the
International Financial Reporting Standards. 

The revenue of LLK for the first half - year of 2008 amounted to LTL 77.2
million (EUR 22.3 million) and increased by 4% compared to the revenue of the
first half - year of 2007 of LTL 74.0 million (EUR 21.4 million). 

The pre - tax profit of LLK for the first half - year of 2008 is LTL 11.8
million (EUR 3.4 million), compared to pre - tax profit of LTL 13.5 million
(EUR 3.9 million) in the first half - year of 2007.
