CHANGES IN RAISIO'S LEGAL AFFAIRS

Kirsi Swanljung-von Wehrt, Raisio plc's Vice President, Legal Affairs, and
member of the Raisio Group's management team, has decided to leave the company
in order to move back to a task of an expert. Swanljung-von Wehrt will continue
in Raisio until the end of the year. 

Kirsi Swanljung-von Wehrt says that the past eighteen months with Raisio have
been a very challenging time. “It has been very interesting to see how a listed
company works. I appreciate this experience and will utilise it also in my new
position.” 

Overall responsibility for Raisio Group's legal affairs will be transferred to
Sari Koivulehto-Mäkitalo, who will report to the Group's CFO, Jyrki Paappa, as
of 6 October 2008.
