ELCOTEQ SE'S FINANCIAL REPORTING SCHEDULE FOR THE YEAR 2009

Elcoteq SE will publish its financial statements bulletin 2008 on Wednesday,
February 11, 2009 at 9.00 am (EET). The Annual Report 2008 will be available
during the week commencing on March 2, 2009 (week 10). 

In 2009 Elcoteq´s interim reports will be published as follows:

- January - March on Wednesday, April 29 at 9.00 am (EET)
- January - June on Wednesday, July 22 at 9.00 am (EET)
- January - September on Wednesday, October 28 at 9.00 am (EET)

Elcoteq SE's Annual General Meeting 2009 will be held in Luxembourg on Monday,
March 23, 2009. More details about the event will be announced in the Annual
General Meeting invitation later on.
