Solteq Plc Financial Reporting and General Meeting in 2018

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 22.12.2017 at 11.15 am

Solteq Plc will publish the Financial Statement and Annual Report 2017 on
Friday, February 16th, 2018.

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2018 as follows:

Interim Report 1-3/2018 on April 26th, 2018
Half-Year Financial Report 1-6/2018 on August 10th, 2018
Interim Report 1-9/2018 on October 25th, 2018

Annual financial report and interim reports will be published at 8.00 a.m.
Finnish time. The silent period begins 30 days before the annual or interim
report is published, and is valid until the annual or interim report is
published.

The annual general meeting is planned to be held in Vantaa, March 27th, 2018.
