„Cheeses of Lithuania - are mostly the best food products at Russia and Eastern
Europe of 2011.“ This declaration was made by the competent gourmet commission
at the anniversary, the 20 th, International exhibition „World Food Moscow
2011“ held on the 17-20 th of September, where approximately about 1 350
variuos sorts of food products were rated. 

At the International professional food and drinks contest „The product of 2011-
th“, hard cheese „Žalgiris“ produced by Vilkyskiu Pienine, AB, was awarded by
gold medal, and the other company‘s product- „Memel Blue“ - cheese with blue
mould got bronze medal. The competition for these awards were among producers
from Russia, Belgiuk, Italy, Cyprus and others. 

The award of „World Food Moscow“ is one of the most respectable and valuable at
Russia and this is the priority aim of the company Vilkyskiu Pienine AB, which
has been expanding its export to the Russian market for over 15 years yet. 

The International food and drink exhibition „World Food Moscow 2011“, which has
run this year even the 20 - th time, have been started organising exhbitions
