ALDATA HAS ENTERED INTO A GLOBAL AGREEMENT WITH AUCHAN

Aldata has reached an  agreement with Auchan Group  on the supply  of
Aldata G.O.L.D. software  for Auchan's  operations in  France and  in
selected other countries.

Auchan has  decided  to  implement G.O.L.D.  CENTRAL,  PIM  and  SHOP
modules to support its business,  both in its domestic market  France
and in  selected  other  countries.  The  delivery  covers  execution
functions both at headquarter level and in the stores. The  project's
initial phase  covers  Auchan's  French  operations  and  will  start
immediately, with the roll-out planned to take place stepwise  during
the coming three years. International implementations are planned  to
start in 2008. The  project is managed by  a dedicated business  team
from Auchan, which is supported by Aldata resources for delivery  and
support services.

Auchan selected  G.O.L.D.  after  an  extensive  study  of  solutions
available. A significant factor in  the decision for Aldata  G.O.L.D.
was Aldata's extensive experience within the retail area.

Auchan, an international  retailer with 42  billion Euro revenues  in
2006, 389 hypermarkets, 717 supermarkets and 175,000 employees in  12
countries, is one of the world's largest retail groups.
