Lietuvos Dujos AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the revocation of natural gas transmission licence for AB Lietuvos dujos and issuance of fixed-term natural gas transmission licence to AB Amber Grid

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-07-18 12:02 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 18 July 2013,
the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy (hereinafter referred to
as "NCCPE") adopted his decision to revoke natural gas transmission licence No.
L2-GDP-01, issued to the AB Lietuvos dujos by the NCCPE on 17 December 2001 by
decree No. 134 (supplemented and amended  by the NCCPE on 25 April 2008 by
decree No. 03-51), from 1 August 2013 and grant to AB Amber Grid the fixed-term
natural gas transmission licence, which will enter into force on 1 August 2013.
