Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

Agrowill Group AB agreed with bond holders of postponed non-public bonds emissions

Agrowill Group AB and bond holders of non-public LTL 2,275 million
(had to be redeemed 24th March 2009) and LTL 0,315 million (had to 
be redeemed 20th April 2009) bonds issues agreed on conditions of 
delayed redemption with investors and reconciled other terms by 
signing appropriate agreements.
