BYR - sparisjóður - Changes board/management/auditors

- Concerning a provisional change for CEO of Byr

At savings bank Byr's board meeting on Wednesday 25 November 2009 CEO Ragnar Z.
Gudjonsson requested a provisional resignation, which the board accepted. The
parties involved are in full agreement about this arrangement, with Byr's board
requesting Mr Gudjonsson's continued contribution to the ongoing financial
restructuring of the savings bank in cooperation with creditors. 
District court attorney Jon Finnbogason, who currently heads Byr's finance
division, will temporarily assume Mr Gudjonsson's duties.
