During 2011, Basware Corporation will publish the following financial reports:
- The full year Financial Statements for 2010 on Tuesday, January 25, 2011
- Interim Report January-March 2011 (Q1) on Wednesday, April 13, 2011
- Interim Report January-June 2011 (Q2) on Friday, July 8, 2011
- Interim Report January-September 2011 (Q3) on Thursday, October 13, 2011

Basware's Annual Report 2010 will be published on the company's web pages in
February 2011 on week 6.

Basware Corporation's Annual General Meeting 2011 will be held on Thursday,
February 17 at 2 PM in Helsinki at Hotel Kämp (Pohjoisesplanadi 29, Helsinki).
