The Housing Financing Fund - Results of HFF Bond auction

The Housing Financing Fund announces HFF bond auction, 18. April 2008, has been
finalised. The total amounts of submitted bids where ISK 24,1 billion, in
nominal value. Bids were accepted for HFF bonds: 

•  HFF150224, nominal amount of ISK 3,9 billion weighted yield without
   commission is 4,92% 

•  HFF150434, nominal amount of ISK 2,5 billion weighted yield without
    commission is 4,66% 

•  HFF150644, nominal amount of ISK 1,6 billion weighted yield without
   commission is 4,40% 

The total weighted yield in the accepted offering, without commission was 4,73%
and with commission 4,75%. Settlement date will be on 25th of April 2008.
