NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED UNDER THE ACT ON CO-OPERATION WITHIN UNDERTAKINGS

Honkarakenne has concluded on September 4 2012 released negotiations under the
act on co-operation within undertakings concerning the personnel in Finland. As
a result Honkarakenne can lay-off personnel temporarily maximum 90 days by the
end of April 2013. The lay-off's concern all personnel groups except for the
persons laid-off until further notice, whose lay-offs will continue for the
present.
