Listing of Tieto’s 2009 C stock options

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 20 December 2013, 10.00 am EET


The share subscription period for stock options 2009 C will commence on 1 March
2014 and end on 31 March 2016. Each stock option 2009 C entitles its holder to
subscribe for one (1) share in Tieto Corporation. Payment of shares shall be
effected on subscription. The share subscription price amounts to EUR 11.33.
The amount of the dividend decided before share subscription will be deducted
from the share subscription price as per the dividend record date. 

The Board of Directors of Tieto Corporation has decided that stock options 2009
C issued in the Finnish book-entry system will be listed on the main list of
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki as of 3 March 2014. New shares subscribed with stock
options 2009 C will be listed as additional lots of Tieto shares on the main
list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki together with the old shares after the new shares
have been registered. 

The Board of Directors of Tieto Corporation has also decided that subscriptions
shall be made by paying the subscription price and that Evli Bank Plc,
Aleksanterinkatu 19 A, 00100 Helsinki, Finland, shall act as the subscription
place. 

Listing time schedule for shares subscribed with stock options 2009 A, 2009 B
and 2009 C in 2014: 
- Shares subscribed by 31 March 2014*, including this day, will be listed on or
about 16 April 2014 
- Shares subscribed by 2 June 2014, including this day, will be listed on or
about 18 June 2014. 
- Shares subscribed by 8 September 2014, including this day, will be listed on
or about 24 September 2014. 
- Shares subscribed by 10 November 2014, including this day, will be listed on
or about 26 November 2014. 
- Shares subscribed by 31 December 2014, including this day, will be listed on
or about 21 January 2015. 

* The share subscription period for stock options 2009 A ends on 31 March 2014.
