ROCLA'S SHARE CAPITAL INCREASES

ROCLA  OYJ  STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT MAY 9, 2007                    

ROCLA'S SHARE CAPITAL INCREASES WITH SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS BASED ON 1998 OPTION   
RIGHTS                                                                          

A total of 325,310 share subscriptions have been made between 10.4.2007 -       
24.4.2007 based on Rocla Oyj 1998 option loan with warrants. Corresponding      
increase of share capital, 325,310 eur has been entered into the Finnish Trade  
Register on May 9, 2007. The increase in the premium fund due to the            
subscriptions totals 2,147,046 eur. The new shares now subscribed have the same 
rights as the old ones and trading of them will start on May 10, 2007.          

After this increase, Rocla's share capital is 4,264,788 eur and it consists of  
4,264,788 shares.                                                               

The subscription period based on the 1998 option rights ended on April 24, 2007.
The option program included a maximum of 400,000 new shares, out of which a     
total of 374,075 subscriptions were made during the whole subscription period.  
After the ending of the 1998 program, Rocla Oyj does not have any valid option  
programs.
